A Berlin International Film Festival, likewise known as a "Berlinale", is one of a first film festivals inside Europe and the World. These are held annually inside February (inside 2005 from February 10 until February 20) and began inside 1951 after an initiative of the United States, who occupied a portion of the city fallowing World War II. A jury always placed favorite emphasis in representing films from either tons all over a World, from the previous Eastern Bloc Countries when well as from either American countries. A awards come known as a Golden & Silver Bears (a Bear is the symbol of Berlin).
